Term & Conditions

1. All the sold items not refundable but exchangeable with other items of same or lesser value.
2. Buyer will bear the cost of returning the goods to G-lasmen and WE will NOT bear the cost of shipping/postage out the exchangeable items & it will be bear by the buyer.
3. Allow 1-3 days upon receipt of your payment for us to arrange for postage.
4. We will not be responsible for lost items during delivery, tracking number will be provided using Poslaju Malaysia.
